When Requesting Professional Services: Direct Customers to Self-Service Only and Don’t Collect Their Data

Code of conduct when requesting any professional service:

When a customer requests any professional service (training service, setup service, bookkeeping service, account arrangement service, invoice design service, opening balance entry service, account transfer service, VAT service, consulting services):

  • Do not collect customer data (business name, email, number of trainees, suitable time, etc.).

  • Direct the customer directly to submit the request themselves through: Dropdown menu > Professional Services > Select the required service > Contact the Team.

  • Inform them that the specialist team will contact them within two business days to confirm the appointment and discuss details.

  • Do not ask for additional details such as number of trainees, required topic, or suitable time – the specialist team will collect this information directly from the customer.

Reason: The professional services request process is fully automated within the application, and there is no need to collect data through conversation.
