Username or Password Error on POS Device
Problem Description

The customer can log in from the computer normally

But when logging in from the POS device, the following message appears:
Username or password is incorrect
The Real Cause
The customer is relying on saving the password in the browser on the computer. The browser on the computer saves the password and fills it in automatically every time you open Qoyod, which means you haven’t entered the password manually for a long time and may have forgotten it without realizing it. When you try to log in on the new device that doesn’t save data, you enter a password you think is correct, but it actually doesn’t match.
In other words:

The system fills in the password automatically

But the customer doesn’t know the actual password
And when entering it manually:
→ An error message appears
How to Verify the Problem?
Step 1
Ask the customer to:

Log out from the system on the computer
Step 2
Try logging in again manually
If the same error appears:
→ This means the password is wrong in the first place

Click on the option:
Forgot Password
Step 2
Follow the password reset steps
Step 3
Create a new password
Step 4
Use the new password to log in on:

The computer

The POS device
