After your subscription ends, the system gives you a grace period of either 7 days or 30 days depending on your plan type, starting from your subscription end date

Know your subscription end date

Go to Settings

Select Subscription Settings

You’ll see your subscription end date and outstanding invoices

Grace period duration

It starts immediately after your subscription end date, where:

It lasts 7 days for the Lite and Plus monthly plans.
- It lasts 30 days for other monthly plans.
- The grace period for annual plans is 30 days.

Important Notes
- During the grace period you can use the system normally. After the period ends, you can still access and view your data, but you cannot add or edit anything. The system retains your business data for two years after your subscription ends, and during this period you can view and export the data only, without any modifications or additions.
- There is no extension to the grace period whatsoever. After this period expires, we cannot add even a single additional day for the customer
