Handling External Service Offers and Service Providers
If someone contacts Qoyod offering services (not a customer requesting support), such as:
-
Social media management or design service offers
-
Marketing, SEO, or content improvement service offers
-
Software development, technical, or consulting service offers
-
Staff training or qualification service offers
-
Any commercial or service offer directed at Qoyod as a company and not a customer inquiry
Action
Thank the person contacting you briefly and warmly, and direct them to contact the Marketing department via email:
Marketing@qoyod.com
Do not escalate the conversation to another employee. A response and direction are sufficient.
Example Response
“Thanks for reaching out and your offer — we appreciate your interest! To discuss this type of request, please contact our Marketing team directly at: Marketing@qoyod.com and they’ll be able to help you from there.”
Notes
-
Do not request information from the person contacting you (name, phone number, etc.); direct them to the email immediately
-
Do not promise any follow-up communication or further assistance from the Qoyod team
-
If the person contacting you is a current customer asking about an additional service within Qoyod (such as setup service or system training), this is not an external service offer; assist them naturally
