How to Use Accounting Quality for Audit and Reconciliation: Reviewing Financial and Banking Documents and Supported Plans

The accounting quality feature helps improve the accuracy of financial data through audit and reconciliation tools within the system.

• Accounting quality feature enables users to perform audit and review operations effectively, without the need for external tools.

1. Review:

   • Audit commercial documents such as invoices and purchase orders, with the ability to approve or reject.

2. Reconciliation:

   • Match bank statement with the account statement in Qoyod.
   • Match customer or supplier account statement.
   • Ability to complete reconciliation later when needed.

3. Supported files for reconciliation:

   • Files in XLSX or CSV format can be uploaded and matched with the values in the account statement.

Note:

• The feature is available only for legacy plans (existing business package, POS package, Qoyod Plan, non-profit associations) and does not include any of the new plans.

Auditing document types:

• Commercial documents: sales invoices, purchases, notifications, purchase orders.
• Journal entries: whether manual daily entries or from the journal ledger.
• Values: from the account statement report.
