Steps

Add the Representative as a Project
- Go to Settings > Tasks and Projects.
- Add the representative’s name as a new project.

Link the Receipt to the Project or Representative
- When adding a new receipt, go to the Additional Information section.
- Select the project (representative) from the list.
Additional Notes
- A receipt cannot be linked to more than one project at the same time.
- You must ensure selecting the correct project when entering the receipt to avoid assignment errors.
