How to Link Customer Receipts to Projects or Representatives

Explanation of the ability to link a customer receipt to a specific project or representative, where you can link a customer receipt to a specific project or representative through the Tasks and Projects feature.

Steps

  1. Add the Representative as a Project

    • Go to Settings > Tasks and Projects.
    • Add the representative’s name as a new project.
  2. Link the Receipt to the Project or Representative

    • When adding a new receipt, go to the Additional Information section.
    • Select the project (representative) from the list.

Additional Notes

  • A receipt cannot be linked to more than one project at the same time.
  • You must ensure selecting the correct project when entering the receipt to avoid assignment errors.
