How to Delete or Edit Quotations After Converting to Invoices

Here are details about deleting or editing a quote after converting it to an invoice:

    • You can delete a quote even after converting it to an invoice.
    • You cannot edit a quote after approving it and converting it to an invoice, as the quote becomes linked to the system records.
    • You can edit a quote only if it’s in Draft or Pending Approval status.
    • You cannot use the same reference number for more than one quote, but you can use an old reference number if the previous quote was deleted.
