How to find your establishment number and subscription plan type within the system.

Answer:

You can find your establishment number through two methods
First method: Your establishment number will appear at the top of the page under the establishment name

Second method through the following steps:

1. Go to Settings.

2. Click on Subscription Settings.

3. Your establishment number and subscription plan type will appear at the top of the page.

Additional Notes:

• You can share your establishment number with technical support when you need help with technical issues.

• If your subscription is suspended, you can only find your establishment number using the first method.

• If a customer asks how to view their subscription invoices, asks about the amount due for payment, or requests subscription invoice details, you can view your subscription invoices and their details through the following direct links:
