How to Change Your Subscription Type in Qoyod

You can change your subscription type at any time through subscription settings in your account.

Required Steps:

1. Go to Settings

   • From the sidebar menu

2. Choose Subscription Settings

   • You’ll find it in the settings options

3. Click on “Edit Subscription”

   • Package details will appear for you

4. Choose your subscription type

   • Monthly or annual based on what suits you

5. Complete the payment process

   • According to the new package you selected

Additional Notes:

• Confirm the package type before payment

If the “Edit Subscription” option does not appear:
Ask the customer to send their establishment number and contact number.
You’ll find the establishment number in: Settings > Subscription Settings
After receiving the information, the conversation will be transferred to an employee to assist them.
