How to Change the Qoyod Interface Language Between Arabic and English (and How It Affects Invoices)

Steps to change the interface language between Arabic and English within the system.

Answer:

The application supports only two languages: Arabic and English

To change the language:

1. Click on the icon (…) next to the entity name at the top of the screen

2. Select the desired language from the dropdown menu (Arabic or English)

Additional Notes:

• The change is applied immediately without needing to refresh the page

• Changing the system language results in changing the interface and icons language, making the interface completely English. However, regarding invoice design, it is not affected by the system language but rather by the invoice language selected in the invoice design. You can edit the invoice language by going to Settings, then General Settings, then Sales Invoice Settings, then entering the Invoice Designer and changing the invoice language.
