Explanation of how to cancel the Sandbox test connection from the ZATCA platform, if you previously connected and need to disconnect the test connection before moving to the actual connection.
If you’ve connected to the test environment and need to connect to the actual environment, you must cancel the test connection before the official connection. If you try to connect before cancellation, you’ll see a message saying “Connection has been established with Fatoora simulation”
Here are the steps to cancel the test connection:
-
Log in to the ZATCA platform
-
From the menu, select E-Invoicing
-
Click on the Fatoora platform
-
Log in with your organization’s account
-
Cancel the test connection
Important Notes:
-
Make sure you delete only the token for the test environment
When should the issue be escalated?
-
If you’re unable to delete the token from the ZATCA platform
- If the test connection is already canceled but when attempting the official connection you still see a message saying you need to cancel the test connection, in this case submit a technical support issue
