How to Add a Support User in Qoyod

To add a Qoyod support user, please follow the following steps:

  1. Access Settings:

    • Go to Settings, then select Users.
  2. Add a support user:

    • Click on Add support user from the top options.
  3. Add a role for the user (if it doesn’t exist):

    • If there is no role for the support user, you can click on the + sign next to the role to add the new role and assign the appropriate permissions.
  4. Select data and location:

    • Select all required data, in addition to the location that the user will be able to access.
  5. Save changes:

    • Click on Save to apply the changes.

Additional notes:

  • Make sure to grant the support user all permissions in role management to ensure they have the ability to perform the required tasks.
  • If the support user was added previously but did not work correctly, you must delete and re-add them.
