Allocating Projects to Inventory Transfer Lines and Tracking Financial Impact

Clarification on the ability to allocate inventory transfer operations across multiple projects, where you can select a different project for each line of the inventory transfer according to the permissions granted to you in the projects.

Steps

1. Creating an Inventory Transfer

   • Go to “Products and Costs”

   • Select “Inventory Transfer”

   • Click on “Create Inventory Transfer”

2. Selecting a Project at the Line Level

   • Next to each line, there is an icon ( … )

   • Click on it and select the project for that line

   • If the icon turns green, it means the project has been selected

3. Editing the Project

   • You can edit the project for any line by viewing or editing the inventory transfer for any previous inventory transfer operation.

Important Notes

• If you select a project on the line, this selection cancels the effect of the project selected at the inventory transfer level in the reports

• If you do not select a project on the line, the system uses the project selected at the inventory transfer level

• You can review the data through the project page > “View Project” and see the impact on:

  • Total Expenses

  • Total Income

  • Income Statement

  • Balance Sheet

  • Business Documents

Project Analysis in Reports

Through advanced analysis and selecting “Projects” you can view:

1. Income Statement

   • Analysis of revenues and expenses by project

2. Balance Sheet

   • Analysis of assets, liabilities, and equity

3. Account Statement

   • Analysis of account movements related to the project

4. Trial Balance

   • Analysis by projects with noting that the balance may differ sometimes if the debit and credit values are not equal

5. Cash Flow Statement

   • Analysis of cash by projects with the possibility of a difference in the final balance if there is no balance
