An explanation of how orders are synchronized between Qoyod and the Salla platform, where synchronization happens in one of two ways:
- Automatic Synchronization
The order status must be (Completed) exclusively for it to be synchronized automatically. Therefore, if your order status moves from (Processing) to (Shipped) without passing through (Completed), it will not be synchronized.
- Manual Synchronization
From the Orders page, select the orders you want to send to your Qoyod account.
From the (Quick Edit) menu, click (Send Order To) then (Qoyod).
After confirming the order numbers you want to send to Qoyod, click (Yes)
Important Note:
The synchronization process takes a few seconds under normal conditions, but may take several minutes if there is high operation load. Therefore, be patient and do not issue a synchronization command before you receive a notification of the failure and its cause to avoid duplicating order records in your Qoyod account.
