Clarification regarding the message about product quantity not being available when adding a product to a sales invoice. This may be due to the quantity not being available at the correct location from which the sale is being made. To verify the available quantity:
- Go to Products & Costs menu.
- Click on View next to the product you’re having an issue with.
- You will see the available quantity at each location where the product is stored. Make sure the quantity is available at the location from which you are selling.
Additional notes:
- If the quantity is not available at the correct location, you can update the quantity or transfer inventory between locations through the system.
