Why Not All Order Products Appear in the Invoice After Importing from Cart

Guidelines for Resolving the Issue of Not All Products Being Transferred After Completing the Integration with Salla:

If the integration has been completed correctly, and when creating orders in Salla, the invoice should be reflected in Qoyod with all added products and their available quantity automatically.
If not all products in the order have been transferred, please take the following steps:

  1. Check Order Creation:
    • Make sure the order has been created in Salla for the product that was not reflected.
  2. Check for Transfer Errors:
    • Check the message that appears at the bottom of the order in Salla, which may clarify why some products were not transferred.
  3. Verify the Integration is Correct:
    • If the issue persists, you should contact the Salla team to verify that the integration has been completed correctly.

Additional Notes:

  • Make sure all products have been added to Salla and the available quantity has been updated.
  • If there are errors in the message or in the transfer, the reason will be clarified in the message that appears at the bottom of the order.
