Product Synchronization Issue on POS Devices

Problem Description

Products are not displayed correctly on the POS device, as the user encounters a problem with the product list not syncing with the system.

Symptoms

  • Some products disappear from the POS interface.
  • Products appear incomplete or outdated.
  • Mismatch between products displayed on the device and products registered in the system.

Solution

The problem is resolved by following these steps:

  1. Download the App on Mobile Device: The customer is required to download the POS app on their mobile device.
  2. Log Out from POS Device: The customer logs out of their account on the POS device.
  3. Log Back In: The customer logs back in to the POS device.
  4. Verify Synchronization: After logging back in, all products are automatically synced and display correctly.

Result

After executing the above steps, all products are successfully synced and the interface returns to normal operation.

Additional Notes

  • It is recommended to ensure the device is connected to the internet before logging in again to ensure successful synchronization.
  • If the problem persists after following the steps, it is recommended to contact technical support to review the account and verify product settings.
