Why Duplicate Accounts Appear in the Chart of Accounts After Linking with Salla, and How to Fix It

Guidelines for resolving the problem of duplicate accounts in the chart of accounts after linking with Salla.

Answer:

When linking Qoyod with Salla, the system synchronizes data related to accounts and inventory, which may lead to the appearance of duplicate accounts in the chart of accounts in some cases.

  1. Cause of duplicate accounts:

    • Qoyod imports data from Salla if they are linked together.
    • Payment accounts are automatically reflected from Salla to Qoyod.
    • Duplication may occur in accounts if accounts are added through Qoyod alongside the accounts that were imported from Salla.
  2. Solution:

    • Review account settings in Salla and identify the appropriate accounts that should be reflected in Qoyod.
    • If the problem persists, you can contact Salla’s support team to ensure that accounts and reflections are identified correctly.

Additional notes:

  • Ensure that accounts created manually in Qoyod do not duplicate with accounts imported from Salla.
