Where to find the Inventory section in Qoyod

If the customer asks about the warehouse or inventory icon and doesn’t find it in the sidebar menu:

Explanation:

Inventory management is done through the Products and Costs page.

To access stored products:

1. From the dropdown menu, select Products and Costs.

2. From the “Inventory?” column you can tell if the product is stored or not.

3. To export stored products: click Export Products then use the filter and select Stored Products.

To know the available quantities at each branch/location:

1. Go to Reports > Product Locations Report.

2. The report displays only stored products and shows the quantity at each location and total quantity.

3. You can export the report in Excel or PDF format.

Note: When creating an invoice and selecting a stored product, the available quantity will appear in brackets next to the product name.
