Qoyod provides two collection services:

Q Collection
- Service Description:
- A QR code is added to the invoices.
- The customer scans the code and pays through it.
- Collection is made by transferring the amount to the customer’s account subscribed to the service.
- The invoice immediately changes to “paid” status after the transfer.
- The collected invoice appears on the Collections page in the system.
- Fees:
- Collection rate: 3.5% of the invoice value (excluding VAT)

- The customer can control the QR code validity period.
- He can select the invoices to which the code will be added through General Invoice Settings.

Q Collection Plus
- Service Description:
- Available for customers with invoices exceeding 10,000 SAR.
- Fees: 1,000 SAR paid only once.
- Collection is made through Qoyod’s Collections department.
- The collection percentage varies based on the invoice value and the invoice issuance period.
- The invoices accepted by the Collections department are those that are between 0 to 360 days from the invoice date.
- Procedures if invoices exceed 360 days:
- The Collections department will be contacted to obtain approval or rejection regarding overdue invoices.

- The customer can modify the QR code validity period according to their needs through General Invoice Settings.
- For the “Q Collection Plus” service, overdue invoices must be within the period accepted by the department.
