Manual Entries Not Syncing with Phase 2 E-Invoicing

Clarification on syncing manual entries within Phase 2 of e-Invoicing, as manual entries do not sync automatically with Phase 2 of e-Invoicing.

Reason

• Phase 2 requires direct integration with the General Authority of Zakat and Tax via API.

• Invoices are sent in XML or PDF/A-3 format with a QR code.

• Manual entries are not considered approved e-invoices, so they are not sent automatically.
