Raw materials are added manually and raw materials cannot be imported directly.
- Products can only be imported through the template.
- You can import products that have raw material properties (i.e., products that are purchased but not sold).
- If these products are imported, you can submit a technical request to convert them to raw materials.
Additional notes:
- Make sure the products being imported comply with raw material properties.
- If you need to convert products to raw materials after import, you can submit a technical request to help you with that after adding a support user.
