You can check if the connection is activated in your account by following these two steps:
Step One: Check Settings

Go to Settings

Select Electronic Connection

If the connection is activated, you will see the status as “Activated” or “Connected”
Step Two: Test by Creating a Sales Invoice

Create a new sales invoice

After saving, you will notice a status added from the authority such as “Successfully Sent”

If you don’t see the status activated in the settings, it’s likely that it hasn’t been activated yet

The invoice must be of type sales invoice, not a draft or pending approval, meaning it should be (approved or paid or partially paid).
