Customer Response:
If the entity changed from an establishment to a company, there are two options you can choose between based on your situation:
First: Add a New Establishment
-
If you want to separate everything between the establishment and the company
-
Go to Settings
-
Select Subscription Settings
-
And click Add Establishment
-
This way you start fresh with separate and clear accounts.
Second: Update the Current Establishment
-
If you find that you don’t need a new account
-
You can edit the current establishment’s data from Settings and then General Settings.
-
But it’s best to create a new establishment to separate everything accounting and legal between the two entities
Additional Notes:
-
Separating records reduces accounting errors
-
Prevents any conflicts in data or invoices
- If the establishment name is changed, the old invoices will also be affected by the change.

Useful during auditing or legal review
