How to Record Shipping Expenses for Salla Orders After Importing to Qoyod

How to record shipping fees for orders transferred from Salla to Qoyod

When transferring orders from Salla to Qoyod, shipping fees are recorded separately within the sales invoice.

How do shipping fees or cash on delivery appear in the invoice?

Shipping fees or cash on delivery:

  • Are recorded as a separate product within the sales invoice

  • Just like any other product

This means the sales invoice will appear as follows:

  • The main product appears in the product table

  • And below it appears an additional product representing:

    • Shipping fee

Why are they recorded as a separate line item?

Recording shipping fees as a separate line item helps with:

  • Clarity of invoice details for the customer

  • Not mixing the product price with shipping fees

  • Accuracy of financial reports

  • Tracking shipping fees separately

Important Note

  • The “Shipping” service is automatically added to the products and costs after the order is transferred to Qoyod
