You can change the sequential number of any added product even if it has transactions such as sales or purchase invoices.
If you wish to modify the sequential number for a large group of products, you can submit a technical request after adding the support user and providing us with an Excel file containing:
- Old Sequential Number
- New Sequential Number
The request will be completed within 3 business days.
Additional Notes:
- You can modify the sequential number individually through the system interface.
- When submitting a technical request for a group of products, the numbers will be modified in bulk.
