If the product has been used in previous transactions such as sales invoices or purchases, the unit of measurement cannot be modified.

In this case, you can add additional units using the Unit Conversion feature:

Go to the Products page by clicking on Products and Costs

Click on Edit next to the required product

Add the new units in the Unit Conversion section.

Alternative solution: You can archive the current product, then create a new product with the same details but with the required unit of measurement.

If the product has not been used in any transactions (such as invoices), you can modify the unit of measurement directly:

Go to the product page.

Click on Edit.
