If you encounter an issue reading the QR code on your electronic sales invoice using the ZATCA application, follow the steps below to identify the cause and resolve the problem.

Steps to Follow

First: Verify Your Tax Information

Ensure that all tax information for your business is complete and accurate by checking:

1. Go to Settings

2. Select General Settings

3. Verify the following:

   • Tax ID is correct and entered without errors

   • Address is entered correctly

   • Country is set to Saudi Arabia

   • Business name is entered correctly:

     • Without excessive spaces

     • Free of special characters

Any error or missing information in these fields may cause the QR code to fail to read.

Second: Adjust QR Code Size

In some cases, the issue may be due to an incorrect QR code size.

Steps to Adjust QR Code Size:

1. Go to Settings

2. Select General Settings

3. Navigate to Sales Invoice Settings

4. At the bottom of the page:

   • Try changing the size to one of the other available values (75%, 100%, 125%, 150%, 175%, 200%) and then save the changes.

5. Click Save

6. Reprint the invoice

7. Try reading the QR code again using the ZATCA application

Note: You may need to try multiple sizes to find the one that works best.

Third: Try an Alternative QR Code Reader App

If reading fails with the ZATCA application, you can try reading the QR code using an alternative app such as:
