Inventory Deletion Restrictions for Negative Quantities: Verification and Correction Methods

Guidelines to solve the issue of being unable to delete an inventory count due to negative quantities.

Steps to follow:

  • When attempting to delete an inventory count, if a message appears stating that quantities will become negative, this means there are products in the inventory that have quantities unavailable in the system.
  • Check the quantities in the inventory count compared to the quantities available in the system.

Additional notes:

  • Make sure to update the inventory and modify the quantities in the system before attempting to delete the operation.
  • If you need to correct the inventory, modify the quantities in the system and then try to delete again.
