Here is a clarification about the ability to track user operations, as the User Operations Report enables tracking of all operations performed by users in the system, which helps identify who created, deleted, or modified the data.
First: Accessing the Report
- From the main menu, click on Reports
- Go to the Other Reports tab
- Select User Operations Report
Second: Report Access Permission
Not all users can access this report; it requires specific permission. To grant or review the permission:
- Go to Settings ← Users
- Click on Manage Positions from the top options
- Click Edit next to the required position
- Enable the User Operations Report option
Third: Available Search Filters
You can search the report using the following filters:
Document: To specify the document type you want to review, and includes all types of documents in the system such as invoices, journal entries, attachments, inventory, payroll, and others. (Attachments, Allowance, Product Category, Comment, Contact, Billing Address, Shipping Address, Custom Fields, Custom Field User, Discount, Simple Entry, Employee, Employee Document, Locations, Inventory Adjustment, Advance, Manual Entry, Payroll, Salary Slip, Permissions, Products and Costs, Expenses, Raw Material, Service, Bundle Product, Unit of Measurement, Project, Document, Salary, Schedule, Payroll Settings, Shift, Task, Tax, End of Service Gratuity, Positions, Manage Positions, General Settings, Users, Inventory Count, Inventory Transfer, Sales Invoice, Purchase Invoice, Credit Note, Debit Note, Quotation, Purchase Order, Fixed Asset, Recorded Depreciation, Allocation, Entry, Simple Invoices).
User: To specify a particular user from the list of users added in the organization, and you can select one user at a time.
Operation: To filter results by operation type, which are create, modify, or delete.
Date Range: To specify the date range from and to.
After adjusting the filters, select the number of operations you want to display on the page, then click Search.
Fourth: Report Results
Results are displayed as a list, with each record containing: Date, User Name, Document Type, Operation Type (Create / Modify / Delete), and a View Details icon.
Fifth: Operation Details
When clicking the View Details icon, a window appears showing the old value and new value for each affected field. Below is a breakdown of what appears for each document based on the operation type:
Details of Operations on Attachments
On creation: User, Attached Item Type, File Name, Content Type, File Size, Update Date, and File ID.
On modification: Only the changed field is shown, such as File Name with the old and new values.
On deletion: User, Related Item, Item Type, File Name, Content Type, Size, Date, and ID.
Details of Operations on Contacts (Customers and Suppliers)
On creation: Contact Name, Type (Customer/Supplier), Email, Status, Tax Number, Contact Code, Serial Number, and the user who created it.
On modification: Only the modified field is shown with its old and new values, such as Phone Number.
On deletion: Name, Type, Status, Code, and Serial Number.
Details of Operations on Billing Address
On creation: Related Contact and Billing Country.
On modification: Only the modified field is shown, such as Building Number, City, or State.
On deletion: Contact, Address, City, and Region.
Details of Operations on Shipping Address
On creation: Related Contact and Shipping Country.
On modification: Only the modified field is shown, such as Shipping Address with the old and new values.

Sixth: Important Notes
Deleted Entry Number: The Entry Number is not displayed when deleting any operation in the report currently, and there is no alternative way to verify it.
Export Report: The report cannot be exported to Excel, PDF, or any other format.
