How to Send Account Statements from Qoyod via WhatsApp

This explains how you can send an account statement via WhatsApp. After you export the account statement from the system, it will arrive in your email in PDF or Excel format. You can then send it using any method you prefer, such as WhatsApp.

Steps

1. Export the Report

   • Go to the report page

   • Select the required report, such as: Account Statement, Income Statement

   • Choose the period and search

   • Click on Export PDF or Excel

2. Access Your Email

   • Open your email registered in the system

   • Download the attached file

3. Send the File via WhatsApp

   • Open WhatsApp

   • Select the person or group

   • Attach the file from your device or mobile phone
