Know the inventory for each branch:

If you have multiple branches and want to know the inventory of each branch, you can do this through the Product Locations Report.

Generate the Report:

Go to the Reports section, then select Product Locations Report.

Select the branch whose inventory you want to view.

If you want to know the inventory for all branches, you can click on Show All to view the inventory of each product in each branch along with the total inventory.

Change the Date:

You can also change the date to track inventory at a specific period, to get higher accuracy based on the time period you need.

Export the Report:

You can export the report to your device in Excel or PDF format to keep it or share it.

Make sure to update inventory in the system regularly to ensure the accuracy of the displayed data.

You can use this report to track inventory levels and control them better.

When creating a new sales or purchase invoice and selecting any product, the system will show you the quantity available for that product as soon as you select it. The number appears in parentheses, allowing you to check the available quantity for the product at the selected branch while creating the invoice.
