Step-by-step instructions to create a new site/warehouse in Qoyod.

Navigate to the Products and Costs menu:
- From the dropdown menu, select Sites.

Add a new site:
- At the top of the page, click Add New Site.

Enter the details:
- English Name: Enter the site name in English.
- Arabic Name: Enter the site name in Arabic.
- Inventory Account: Select the account to which this warehouse’s products will be assigned.

Address details:
- Enter the address details for the site.

Save the site:
- Click Save to complete adding the site.
Important note:
The number of free sites (warehouses) is linked to the subscription plan you’re on:
- Basic Plan: 1 site only
- Professional Plan: 3 sites
- Advanced Plan: 5 sites
If you need to add more sites than your plan allows, you must purchase an additional site as a paid service (additional site pricing: 480 SAR per year excluding VAT, or 40 SAR per month excluding VAT).
