How to Add Locations and Warehouses in Qoyod

Step-by-step instructions to create a new site/warehouse in Qoyod.

1. Navigate to the Products and Costs menu:

   • From the dropdown menu, select Sites.

2. Add a new site:

   • At the top of the page, click Add New Site.

3. Enter the details:

   • English Name: Enter the site name in English.
   • Arabic Name: Enter the site name in Arabic.
   • Inventory Account: Select the account to which this warehouse’s products will be assigned.

4. Address details:

   • Enter the address details for the site.

5. Save the site:

   • Click Save to complete adding the site.

Important note:

The number of free sites (warehouses) is linked to the subscription plan you’re on:

• Basic Plan: 1 site only
• Professional Plan: 3 sites
• Advanced Plan: 5 sites

If you need to add more sites than your plan allows, you must purchase an additional site as a paid service (additional site pricing: 480 SAR per year excluding VAT, or 40 SAR per month excluding VAT).
