How Qoyod and Salla Synchronization Works: Orders and Inventory

Guidelines on how reflections occur between Salla and Qoyod system, and details of the order and inventory transfer process.
Salla is linked with Qoyod and inventory and orders are updated through the following steps:

1. Link the account with Qoyod:

   Make sure that the Salla account is properly linked with Qoyod.

2. Enable inventory update from Qoyod:

   Enable the inventory update option in Qoyod to ensure inventory synchronization between the two systems.

3. Reflection when purchasing quantities in Qoyod:

   When purchasing inventory quantities in Qoyod, it is reflected in the Salla system.

4. Creating financial invoices:

   When an order is sent in “completed” status from Salla to Qoyod, invoices are created in Qoyod.

Important notes:

1. The order in Salla must be changed to “completed” so it is reflected from Salla to Qoyod.
2. You can also transfer orders from the Salla orders screen by clicking on “Send order to Qoyod”.
3. The first order transferred from Salla to Qoyod is reflected as an inventory count with an opening balance account to verify quantities in Qoyod.
4. After the first transfer, quantities are transferred from Qoyod to Salla via purchase invoices or opening balance accounts.
5. If products are already registered in Qoyod, the SKU in Qoyod must match the SKU in Salla.
6. Only new orders are automatically transferred from Salla to Qoyod.
7. For previous orders, you must change the order status to “completed” and then click on “Send order to Qoyod” to transfer them manually.

Additional notes:

• Make sure that products in Salla have an SKU number to ensure proper reflection in Qoyod.
• Once the link is activated, inventory and invoice data are transferred after the first order is created for the product. If no order is placed for the product, it will not be reflected in Qoyod unless an order is placed for it.
