Steps

Adding the Custom Field “Payment Method”

Go to: Settings

Select: Custom Fields

Choose the service: Sales Invoices, Quotes, and Credit Memos

Add a new field of type “Text” and name it “Payment Method“

Filling in the Field When Creating an Invoice

At the bottom of the invoice you’ll find a section called “Additional Information“
-
Fill in the “Payment Method” field based on each transaction (cash, card, transfer, etc.)

You can edit previous invoices the same way by clicking the View option next to the invoice, then filling in the field and saving

Generating the Report

Go to: Sales > Sales Invoices

In the filters, select “Custom Fields” and choose the “Payment Method” option

Type the desired payment method in the field next to it, such as “Cash”

Select the date range if needed
