Clarifying POS Invoice Settings
While the POS invoice format cannot be completely redesigned, you can control the data and information that appears in the invoice to suit your needs.
You can customize the invoice settings through:

Go to Settings

Then General Settings

Select POS Settings
What Can You Control?
1. Language

Choose the invoice language: Arabic or English
2. Print Cashier Name

Enable the option to display the cashier’s name on the invoice

Disable to hide it
3. Receipt Header and Footer
-
You can write any text that appears:
-
At the top of the invoice (e.g., business name or welcome message)

At the bottom of the invoice (e.g., terms of sale or thank you message)

4. Simplified Tax Invoice

Enable the option to issue a simplified tax invoice
-
Disable to show full tax details
5. Application Work Mode (With/Without Internet)

Choose one of the following options:

Works only with internet connection

Works even without internet connection
-
6. Watermark
-
Add text that appears as a watermark on the printed invoice
7. Credit Note Settings

You can customize:

Credit note header
-
Credit note footer
-
8. Control Printed Data
You can specify which data appears or is hidden on the invoice, such as:

Customer name
-
Product barcode
-
Product serial number
-
Customer phone number
-
Payment method
-
Display copy number and print date on printed invoices
9. Default Payment Method

Specify the payment method that is automatically selected when creating an invoice. You select from the list and cannot modify the options (Cash, Credit, Bank Transfer, Bank Card, Unspecified)
Important Notes (Running Without Internet)

POS can be used without internet, where:

Invoices are temporarily saved on the device
-
Synchronization occurs automatically when connection is restored

POS settings are displayed only for users who have POS enabled
