Device Replacement, Return, and Warranty Policies
Replacement and Return Duration

The customer has the right to replace or return devices within 7 days of purchase or receipt.

The original or electronic purchase invoice must be provided.

The condition of the product must be considered according to the following policies.
Product Condition Upon Return or Replacement

If the original factory packaging has not been opened:
The product will be returned or replaced in its original condition without any deduction. -
If the box has been opened and the original packaging has been removed but the product has not been used:

20% deduction on the value of the following devices:
Sunmi T2, Sunmi T2 Mini, V2s, D3 Pro, Sunmi D3 Pro + Printer, Sunmi D3 Pro with Screen, Sunmi D3 Pro with Screen and Printer -
10% deduction on the value of the following devices:
Scanner, Cash Drawer

Cases Where Return or Replacement is Not Possible

If the device has been used.

If the device has been installed.

If the device suffers from faults or defects resulting from misuse, such as:

Breakage or scratches

Improper use
-
Exposure to high heat, water, or other elements.

Warranty Policy

Warranty includes:

Warranty includes replacement and exchange of the device in case of a manufacturing defect

and includes free maintenance for two years

Warranty does not include:

Any damage resulting from misuse such as breakage or scratches or exposure to external factors such as high heat or water or other elements.

General Terms for Refunds

Refunds will be returned using the same payment method used for purchase.

The refund process takes 7 to 10 days.

The customer bears the shipping costs when requesting a return.
