Device Replacement, Return, and Warranty Policies

Replacement and Return Duration

  • The customer has the right to replace or return devices within 7 days of purchase or receipt.

  • The original or electronic purchase invoice must be provided.

  • The condition of the product must be considered according to the following policies.

Product Condition Upon Return or Replacement

  • If the original factory packaging has not been opened:
    The product will be returned or replaced in its original condition without any deduction.

  • If the box has been opened and the original packaging has been removed but the product has not been used:

    • 20% deduction on the value of the following devices:
      Sunmi T2, Sunmi T2 Mini, V2s, D3 Pro, Sunmi D3 Pro + Printer, Sunmi D3 Pro with Screen, Sunmi D3 Pro with Screen and Printer

    • 10% deduction on the value of the following devices:
      Scanner, Cash Drawer

Cases Where Return or Replacement is Not Possible

  • If the device has been used.

  • If the device has been installed.

  • If the device suffers from faults or defects resulting from misuse, such as:

    • Breakage or scratches

    • Improper use

    • Exposure to high heat, water, or other elements.

Warranty Policy

  • Warranty includes:

    • Warranty includes replacement and exchange of the device in case of a manufacturing defect

    • and includes free maintenance for two years

  • Warranty does not include:

    • Any damage resulting from misuse such as breakage or scratches or exposure to external factors such as high heat or water or other elements.

General Terms for Refunds

  • Refunds will be returned using the same payment method used for purchase.

  • The refund process takes 7 to 10 days.

  • The customer bears the shipping costs when requesting a return.

  • The refund will be returned after receiving the devices at the following address:
