  1. Update quantities in the Qoyod program:

    • Enter the required quantities for products in inventory through Qoyod.
  2. Re-send orders from the Salla platform:

    • Navigate to the non-transferred orders in Salla.
    • Use the Re-send order to Qoyod option available for each order.

Additional notes:

  • Ensure that all required products are available in sufficient quantities in the inventory on the Qoyod program before re-sending.
  • If the problem persists, check the integration status between Salla and Qoyod and ensure the settings are up to date.
