To perform a factory reset on a POS device, you can follow these steps:
- Go to “Settings“.
- Select “System“.
- Select “Backup and Reset“.
- If prompted, enter the password or PIN.
- Make sure the “Auto Reset” option is enabled.
- Select “Factory Reset Data“.
- Tap “Reset Phone“.
- After that, the device will automatically restart (Reboot).

- Make sure all important data is saved and synced (such as issued invoices) before performing a factory reset.
