You can now export customer data in more detail directly from the export file (Excel), with no need to add the balance or additional data by hand after exporting.
Update details
- When you export customer data, the file now includes each customer’s closing balance, along with the additional numbers and identifiers (such as the VAT number, commercial registration, national ID, iqama, passport and others) for accounts with e-invoicing enabled, as well as the additional fields set up for each customer.
- All existing columns in the export file stay exactly as they are, and the new columns are added at the end of the file.
- The export still applies the filters that are active when the file is created, as it does today.
The benefit
This saves time and effort when preparing reports or external financial reconciliations, as there is no longer any need to add the balance, identifiers or additional fields by hand for each customer after exporting.
