Qoyod provides a mobile application that allows you to access your account and manage your accounting work easily from your phone. This application is different from the Qoyod POS application.

After Download
- Ensure sufficient storage space on your device
- Open the application
- Log in using your Qoyod account credentials
- You can easily monitor your accounting work from your mobile device
Important Notes
- The application is designed for managing the accounting system
- It is not used to manage POS
- The same login credentials used on the website work on the application
What You Can See and Do Through the Qoyod Application
The application contains four main tabs at the bottom of the screen:
First: Dashboard
The dashboard displays the following information:
- Revenue and Expenses and total sales invoices, purchase invoices, and simplified invoices, with clarification of:
- Total paid invoices
- Total pending invoices
- Total overdue invoices
- Preparatory Documents: includes quotations, purchase orders, total invoiced, and total approved
- Activities performed on the entity
Second: Sales Invoices
4 main options appear in the top icons, along with a “Quick Add” button at the bottom to add: customers, quotations, sales invoices, customer receipts, suppliers, purchase orders, purchase invoices, supplier receipts, manual entries, projects, tasks.
Details of the four top options:
- Add button: to add new sales invoices
- Filter icon: to filter sales invoices based on:
- Invoice number
- POS invoice number
- Customer name
- Status
- Issue date
- Due date
- Sort icon: to sort invoices by:
- Creation date
- Invoice number
- Issue date
- Due date (with arrows for each option to sort from lowest to highest or vice versa)
- (…) icon for other options: to create or view credit notes, and when clicking “View Credit Notes” 3 options appear:
- Create credit note
- Filter credit notes by (credit note number, customer name, status, issue date)
- Sort credit notes by (number, issue date, due date)
Third: Reports
This section displays only the following reports:
- Account Statement
- Income Statement
- Sales and Purchases Summary
Fourth: More
It contains the following sections:
1. Sales Section (4 sections)
- Customers: displays customers in the system with top options for:
- Add new customer
- Filter by (entity, customer name, email, phone number, status)
- Sort by (name, entity, phone number, primary email)
- Quotations: displays quotations with the ability to add a new quotation, filter, and sort from the top options.
- Sales Invoices
- Customer Receipts: displays customer receipts with options to add a new receipt, filter, and sort from the top options.
2. Purchases Section (4 sections)
- Suppliers: displays suppliers with options to add a new supplier, filter, and sort from the top options.
- Purchase Orders: displays purchase orders with options to add a new order, filter, and sort from the top options
- Purchase Invoices: displays purchase invoices with options to add a new invoice, filter, sort, and more (to view and add debit notes)
- Supplier Receipts: displays supplier receipts with options to add a new receipt, filter, and sort
3. Products and Costs
- Products: you can view added products and filter by (serial number, product name, barcode), and also sort ascending or descending by (serial number, name, category, purchase price, selling price).
You cannot add a new product through the application; you must access the website through a browser.
4. Accounting (2 sections)
- Chart of Accounts: displays the accounts added in the chart of accounts and the balance of each account up to today, with the ability to filter by (name or code).
You cannot add a new account from the application; you must access the website through a browser.
- Manual Entries: you can through the top options:
- Add a new manual accounting entry
- Filter manual entries by (entry number, description, total credit and debit, location, date from/to)
- Sort manual entries ascending or descending by (entry number, description, date, total credit/debit)
5. Tasks and Projects (2 sections)
- Projects: displays added projects with top options for:
- Add a new project
- Filter projects
- Sort projects
- Access project archive
When clicking on any project, its complete details appear including: project properties (public or private), project assignee, project owner, description, delivery date, open and closed tasks, completion percentage, total income and expenses, profit and loss, balance sheet. From the details page options, you can: archive the project, edit it, close it, access tasks, and related business documents.
- Tasks: displays tasks with options to add a new task, filter, sort, and access the task archive. When clicking on any task, its details appear with options to archive it, close it, or edit it.

- Select Entity: to switch from one entity to another
- Application: to change language (Arabic/English) or log out
