The printer must have an Ethernet port to connect it to the POS application.
Here are the steps to set up the printer with the POS application:

Network Connection:
- Connect your mobile phone or tablet via Wireless (Wi-Fi) to the existing network (modem or router).
- Then connect the printer with an Ethernet cable to the same network.

Verify the Operating System Version:
- The operating system on your tablet or mobile phone must be Android version 7 or later.
Notes:
- Connecting the printer via Bluetooth is not available.
- You can connect the printer and the POS device via Wi-Fi by connecting both devices to the same network without using an Ethernet cable.
