How it works

Four steps to full automation

Less than 5 minutes to set up, then forget about it.

1

Create an invoice template

Pick the customer, add the line items, set [qy_country key="tax_label"] — just like any regular invoice.

2

Set the cadence and start date

Monthly, weekly, or custom. Pick the first-issue date and an optional end date.

3

Pick a customer or a group

Qoyod sends and records it

The invoice is sent automatically, recorded in your books, and submitted to ZATCA — hands-free.

FAQs

Have some questions?

Quick answers to what business owners ask most.

Can I pause a schedule temporarily? +
Yes. You can pause any schedule, resume it later, or end it permanently. Previously issued invoices stay in your record.
What if the customer needs the amount changed? +
You can edit any client's invoice template at any time. The change applies only to the next invoice — previously issued invoices stay unchanged.
Is the recurring invoice ZATCA-certified? +
Yes. Every invoice is issued in ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoice format and submitted to ZATCA directly from Qoyod.
Does it support foreign currencies? +
Yes. Qoyod supports multi-currency. You can issue a recurring invoice in any currency, with 15% [qy_country key="tax_label"] calculated on the SAR equivalent when needed.
Can I review a recurring invoice before it's issued? +
Yes. Set the recurring invoice to be created as a draft or as pending-approval, so it isn't issued until you review or approve it. You can also see upcoming scheduled invoices and their next date in the recurring-transactions list.
What happens if a scheduled invoice can't be generated? +
The recurring transaction is marked with an error status in the list — for example, if a product or account it depends on was archived — so you can spot it and fix the cause.
