We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, analyze usage, improve your experience, and for marketing purposes. We rely on third-party tools including: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, TikTok, LinkedIn, and HubSpot, each of which is governed by its own privacy policy.

You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings, and you can opt out of advertising tracking through the opt-out pages of each tool. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the use of these cookies in accordance with this policy.

Section 07 · Data Protection

How we protect your information

Qoyod follows strict security procedures consistent with best practices to protect personal data against any unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.

These procedures include: encrypting data in transit via HTTPS/TLS, encrypting data at rest on certified cloud servers, applying role-based access controls, and conducting periodic security audits.

Your core data is stored on certified cloud servers located inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Some analytics and marketing data may be processed by service providers outside the Kingdom; in such cases we ensure it is subject to an equivalent level of protection through contractual safeguards.

Section 08 · Data Sharing

Sharing Personal Data

Qoyod does not sell users’ personal data, rent it, or trade it with any external entity.

We may share specific data with approved partners or affiliated companies solely for the purpose of operating the service, such as: cloud hosting providers, payment processors, or usage-analytics providers. These entities are bound by data protection standards equivalent to ours and use the data only for the agreed purposes.

Section 09 · Retention

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as you use the service and for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this policy, or to meet applicable regulatory and accounting requirements.

When the data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it in a way that does not allow you to be re-identified.

Section 10 · Your Rights

Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to be informed: to know the legal basis and purposes for collecting your data.
  • Right of access: to obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.

  • Right to erasure: to request deletion of your data when it is no longer needed or you withdraw your consent.

Section 11 · Third Party

Third-Party Sites

Our service may include links to sites and services belonging to partners, suppliers, or advertisers. Qoyod does not control the content or practices of these sites and is not responsible for them.

We advise users to review the privacy policy and terms of use of each site or service before engaging with it, as your dealings with those sites are subject to their own policies, not Qoyod’s policy.

Section 12 · Updates

Section 14 · Surveys

Survey Privacy

Data retention. We retain your survey answers for the purpose of improving the service provided to you, for as long as you do not request their removal. You have the right to request a copy of your answers to previous surveys, or to correct, delete, or stop processing them. To request any of these, send an email to customer.surveys@qoyod.com stating the email you entered in the survey, the survey name (shown at the top of the survey page), the response date, and the action requested. Your request is carried out only if the email includes all of this information.

Data use. Any information collected during your participation in a survey is used only for survey purposes and to improve your experience with Qoyod. There is no direct link between your answers and personal data (such as personal name, company name, job title, and mobile number), as survey results are presented in aggregate.

Data sale. Qoyod does not sell your personal data. Survey data is collected and processed through a third-party system, but the collected data is owned solely by Qoyod and is not shared with any other party. The third-party system will not share any personal data with any entity.

Direct contact. We may share your answers and personal data (such as personal name, company name, job title, and phone number) with Qoyod staff to contact you for more details about your response in order to improve your experience, or to fulfill one of your requests (obtaining a copy of the answers, correction, deletion, or stopping processing).
