Export/Import Customers List

Exporting customers list 

You can export and transfer customers list, including all their data, through the “Export Customers” icon. Once you click on the icon, the list will be downloaded in the form of an Excel file.

Importing customers list

This feature is useful to import your customers’ data and uploading it to Qoyod program by clicking on “Import Customers”.

You will be directed to the “Import Customers” page in order to be able to upload their data by following the following steps:

The first step: Download XLSX, an Excel file will be uploaded as shown in the image below.

The second step: Fill in all your customers’ data in the Excel file as indicated by the columns.

The last step: Save the Excel file and then re-upload it to Qoyod program through the “Import” icon, to upload the customers list with all their data.
