Terms and Conditions

INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) are entered by and between you as an affiliate and Auto Cloud Company for Telecommunication & Information Technology, a Saudi limited liability company with C.R No. 1010421365, these Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding Agreement that governs your access to and use of Qoyod Affiliate Program.
By signing up as an affiliate you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Tracking and Attribution

  • Commissions are tracked using cookies that last for 90 days. If a customer makes a purchase within this time frame, you are eligible for a commission.
  • The cookies last for 90 days after someone clicks on your link. If they click again, the 90 days starts again.
  • All clicks, conversions, and payouts will only be tracked and attributed through your  unique link

Commission Map

  • You will earn 50% revenue share of each transaction that comes through your link
  • Commission is earned only on completion of first 30 days of subscription

Payments

  • Payments are processed on a monthly basis through our affiliate portal
  • Payments are verified and paid-out the month after your commission is confirmed

Publishing Rules

  • It is completely forbidden for affiliates to bid on Qoyod brand keywords, including negatives. 
  • Avoid making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Qoyod.
  • Do not promote Qoyod on sites containing inappropriate content
  • Qoyod reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or the affiliate portal

Representation and warranties

  • You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary authorities and consents to enter into this Agreement and sign up to Qoyod Affiliate Program on behalf of a legal entity as its legal representative.

Compliance

  • You are obliged to comply with Qoyod Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in KSA, in addition to these Terms & Conditions. 
  • In case of non-compliance with any of the above, Qoyod reserves the right to suspend your access to Qoyod Affiliate Program.  

Information Security

Qoyod is obligated to process any information you provide to access Qoyod Affiliate Program in a confidential manner and to process and share it only in accordance with Qoyod’s Privacy Policy.

Jurisdiction and Dispute Settlement 

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the implementation or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled amicably between you and Qoyod, if a settlement can not be reached such dispute shall be referred to the competent court in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
